What We Do
If you have what you believe is paranormal activity, we are here for you for what is probably a stressful time. You are our first concern; we will investigate the happening you report because these are affecting your life. What we find is strictly confidential between you and us and won’t be publicised unless agreed prior.
We put our clients’ interests first
We look for evidence without resorting to stereotypes
We will look for the evidence that you report is happening and when it is happening. Often this can be any time of day, though we are sometimes restricted to evenings due to other commitments or it being a time when there are the fewest man made disturbances around.
An investigation shouldn’t be about just turning up on one day, setting up, doing an investigation and leaving. An investigation should be a process which may be possibly conducted over a long period. This isn’t always possible and some clients will only want a one day investigation. Where a client requests follow on support, time permitting we will provide that support and further investigations where and when we can.
We follow up and support our clients
We hope you will find us and consider us if you need help. We try to consider that if we or someone dear to us had some apparent paranormal activity occurring around them, what kind of people would we ask help from? Our goal is to be that kind of team I.e. people we would be comfortable to allow into our lives to help us through a trying period.
We are about quality of service
We will provide you with a written report
Each investigation we do we will provide a report of our findings. Sometimes there will be nothing to report, other times there may be interesting discoveries, but either way we won’t invent or embellish our findings.
Even though our investigations are serious, spending several hours at a location just watching and waiting with nothing happening (as is often the case) can be tedious, but our team members are good friends who get along well and keep each other focussed.
