If an on-site investigation is appropriate, a small team (usually three to five people) will visit at an agreed time. Contrary to what television might suggest, our investigations do not need to take place in the dark. Paranormal activity is reported just as frequently during the day. We investigate at the time that makes the most sense for the type of activity being reported and for your comfort.
Our methods blend careful observation, environmental monitoring, historical research, and spiritual awareness. We use a range of equipment where appropriate, but we never rely on gadgets alone. The goal is always to gather quality evidence that stands up to scrutiny, not to produce content for entertainment.

It is nothing like what you see on television. The process starts with an initial conversation where we learn about your experience and assess whether an on-site investigation is needed. Very often, many or all concerns can be addressed during this first contact.
If a visit is appropriate, we agree on a date, time, and any specific requests you have. A small team of three to five investigators will arrive, set up any relevant equipment, and carry out the investigation. This includes speaking with witnesses, reviewing any evidence you may have already gathered, and carefully observing and monitoring the environment. The format and duration depend entirely on the nature of the reported activity.

There is, unfortunately, a lot of unreliable and even dishonest evidence in this field. We would rather present a small amount of solid, credible evidence than a large volume of material that cannot be verified.

Not necessarily. There is rarely a valid reason to investigate in total darkness. That convention comes from television and ghost stories, not from good investigative practice. Investigations conducted in complete darkness often suggest inexperience or are done for dramatic effect. We typically work in subdued lighting, which allows for much better evidence gathering. Paranormal activity is commonly reported during the day and in full sunlight. We do have night vision equipment for situations where it is genuinely needed, and many of our investigations happen in the evening or at night simply because that is when people and locations are available, and external interference is at its lowest.
